Terms and conditions

Scope

These terms cover your use of this site and the arrangement services we provide. Any actual contract for a study program is documented in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

Exactly what our role is

We are an arrangement and enrolment agency. We handle the application, the correspondence, the paperwork, coordinating direct payment to the academy or university, and the follow-up.

We are not the academy or the university, and not the visa authority. Admission is decided by the academy or university, and visas and study permits by the authorities of the country you study in. We do not guarantee admission, a visa, or any particular level of English.

Prices and quotations

No price is binding except in a written, dated quotation issued by us, stating the currency, what it includes and excludes, and how long it is valid.

What is published on this site or on academy or university sites is general information that can change, and is not a commitment to a price.

Payments

In the current launch phase we request no payments and collect no money.

Once we are operating: tuition and housing are paid to the academy or university directly against its own invoice, and our service fee — if any — is paid to us against a separate invoice in our name, with a receipt for every payment. Government and local fees in the country you study in are paid there directly, and the written quotation sets them out before you commit to anything.

Cancellation and refunds

The refund policy for every line item is attached to the written quote before you pay anything, and no payment is requested before you have read it. Whatever is paid to the academy or university directly follows its own policy; whatever is paid to us follows a written refund schedule inside the same quote.

The detailed refund table (percentages, windows and entry-refusal cases) is under legal review and will not be published before it is approved.

Limits of liability

We commit to professional care in everything we handle. We are not liable for decisions made by the academy or university, or by government bodies, nor for circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters and cancelled flights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
