What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect what you type: where you would like to study and what (English, university, or not decided yet), your name, mobile number and preferred way of contact, your email if you give one, and any optional answers you choose to add — the university or institute you have in mind, your study goal, English level, target score, age, nationality, country of residence, best time to reach you, city, academy and program, the academies you compared, length of stay and expected travel date, budget, housing preference and notes.

Automatically, we record the language and address of the page you sent it from, your browser and device type as your browser reports them, and a deliberately shortened part of your network address (the first three parts only) — enough to spot abuse, not enough to identify a person.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and to arrange your enrolment if you decide to go ahead. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your details and do not share them with advertisers. We share only what is necessary with the academy or university you choose, for the purpose of enrolling you, and only after you decide to proceed.

Your enquiry is stored in this site's database on our hosting provider's servers (Hostinger) in France, and a copy is emailed to our official inbox, which the same provider hosts.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become enrolments are deleted after two years. Files for enrolled students are kept for as long as Saudi accounting and regulatory rules require.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, for corrections, or for deletion. Write to us with the reference number you received on submission and we will respond within thirty days.

Security

The connection to this site is encrypted, access to data is limited to staff who need it for their work, and every change to a client file is logged with who made it and when.
